Prices and Availability of Products

These are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed exclusive of Value Added Tax and the tax computation for VAT is shown during the shopping process prior to checkout and before any payment details are requested.

The Contract

Any order placed through the use of this web site is an offer to purchase. Acceptance of any offer to purchase is only fulfilled when Saunders Electrical Wholesalers Ltd sends a VAT invoice by email to the offerer. Any email sent to a customer acknowledging receipt of order or payment is for customer courtesy only.
If we are unable to fulfil your order request, we will advise you promptly and issue a prompt refund.

Delivery

All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally despatched within 48 hours. Orders received before 16.00hrs are normally despatched the same day. Orders received on Bank Holidays or Weekends will be despatched on the next working day. If we are unable to despatch within this period we will contact you to arrange an agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that orders will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 09.00hrs and 17.30hrs Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

Indemnification

Saunders Electrical Wholesalers Ltd does not contemplate any use of this web site other than for the purpose of proper and legitimate use to determine information about the products and services offered and to make purchases of these products in accordance with our Terms of Business.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Saunders Electrical Wholesalers Ltd harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to your use of this web site.

Cancellation of Purchase Order

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact Customer Support on 020 8172 0371 between the hours of 08.30hrs and 17.00hrs GMT Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or by email at customersupport@saunderselectrical.co.uk who will be pleased to arrange a full refund of the purchase price, within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-

You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods purchased.

You must return the goods unused and in good condition in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return carriage costs.
